To request a Formal Letter of Invitation please complete the form below.
After we have received your information, your request will be reviewed and if it is approved, you will receive the invitation letter by e-mail in PDF format. Please note that letters cannot be mailed in hard copy.
Invitation letters for presenters will only be sent after their abstract has been received (before 23:59 ET on July 15, 2019).
Conference delegates who are not presenting may request a letter of invitation after paying for their registration, and will be asked to send a letter of support from their supervisor or institution.
Requests for Letters of Invitation may be sent before an abstract has been accepted. In this case, please send the Presentation Date when it's received.
